Work Environment

Our clinic offers a supportive and engaging work environment. As a Full-Time Physical Therapist, you will work primarily onsite, providing home care to patients in the Cherry Hill region. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with patients to assess their physical condition and specific symptoms, ensuring a thorough understanding of their medical history and goals.
• Diagnose movement dysfunctions and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs.
• Educate patients on the effective use of therapeutic exercises and techniques designed to promote recovery and strength.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques, stimulation, or massage to enhance healing and restore function.
• Guide patients in the use of mobility equipment such as walkers, canes, or wheelchairs, ensuring they are safe and confident in their mobility.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records to track progress, set ongoing treatment goals, and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers as needed.
• Provide guidance to patients and their families on in-home treatment options and exercises to continue rehabilitation outside of therapy sessions.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
