Senior Contract Manager

Supporting project teams on contractual issues, the full-time remote Senior Contract Manager will manage risk mitigation strategies, negotiate claims and change orders, and ensure compliance with contract terms for equipment and turnkey projects. Key responsibilities Implement risk mitigation strategies and manage contract change order execution Negotiate and obtain insurance claim recoveries while maintaining accurate databases for vendor and insurance recovery Draft contractual documents and provide analysis on commercial issues to drive successful resolution Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college 6+ years of experience in Contracts Management or project management in EPC Power Plants Experience in claims management and construction claims negotiation Ability to travel to project sites in the U.S. and Latin America as needed Proficiency in contract reading and writing
