Senior Contracts Manager

Supporting the creation, negotiation, and execution of complex commercial agreements, the remote Senior Contracts Manager will independently manage the contract lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful business outcomes. Key responsibilities Draft, review, negotiate, and manage complex commercial agreements including SaaS, customer, and vendor agreements Lead negotiations and obtain approvals for non-standard contractual terms while advising internal stakeholders on contract language and strategies Analyze contractual issues and recommend business-oriented solutions to support successful deal execution and improve contracting processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience At least 8 years of progressive experience in contracts management, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements Experience using contract lifecycle management systems, Salesforce, or similar platforms Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a focus on balancing commercial objectives and risk management
