Provider Account Liaison (Medicaid)

Location: Remote (Delaware residents only)

Duration: Contract-to-Hire (06/26/2026 – 06/09/2027)

Conversion Salary: $50,000-$90,000 annually based on experience

Citizenship: U.S. Citizens Only

We are seeking an experienced Provider Account Liaison to serve as the primary relationship manager between a leading healthcare organization and its Medicaid provider network. This role focuses on provider engagement, issue resolution, education, strategic initiatives, and operational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with assigned provider groups

• Support provider network and contracting strategies

• Identify and resolve provider issues while coordinating with internal teams

• Deliver provider education, training, and communications

• Participate in strategic initiatives impacting providers and healthcare delivery

• Collect provider feedback and market intelligence to support business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent industry experience

• 3+ years of healthcare, insurance, provider relations, or managed care experience

• Knowledge of Medicaid, CMS regulations, reimbursement methodologies, and provider networks

• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and project management skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience presenting to provider groups and healthcare stakeholders

• Project management experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines

• Fully remote for Delaware residents only

• Two rounds of interviews

• Provider Account Liaison Assessment required (video response assessment)
