Job Description

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and share market insights.
Analyze market trends to identify potential growth areas and competitive advantages.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.
Ensure consistent follow-up and communication with leads and clients.

The Successful Applicant

Experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within professional services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic growth plans.
Proficiency in preparing and delivering impactful presentations and proposals.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

What's On Offer

Competitive salary ranging from $135,000 to $165,000 annually.
Performance-based bonus structure.
