Job Description At Bank of America, this role focuses on uncovering personal banking needs for individual and small business clients, recommending suitable solutions, and connecting clients to specialized teams. You will balance service requests and transactional activities while proactively engaging clients and ensuring compliance with bank policies. Responsibilities Build and deepen relationships with clients by identifying financial needs and recommending appropriate products and services. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, creating customized solutions. Introduce and fulfill banking products such as checking & savings accounts, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, and loans. Identify client needs for licensed sales functions and refer to partners (Merrill, Lending, & Small Business). Quote rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions. Manage risk in every business transaction using available tools and guidelines. Partner with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies. Educate clients on simple transactions via self‑service technologies. Utilize resources, technologies, and processes to optimize client experience and deliver operational excellence. Adhere to established processes, laws, and guidelines (e.g., account opening, maintenance, Digital Assisted Shopping). Manage client interactions to take the best course of action for the bank and its clients, abiding by all regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications Minimum of one year of sales experience in a relationship‑oriented, client‑centric environment. Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results. Effective collaborator who builds and nurtures strong relationships. Passionate about improving clients' financial lives and committed to delivering a superior experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident in engaging all clients (in‑person and by phone). Ability to learn and adapt to new information, technology platforms, and changing circumstances. Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet client needs. Excellent time‑management skills and ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Commissioned notary or ability to obtain a notary commission in the state of work within a few months of start date. Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, including possible scheduling at any financial center location within a reasonable distance. Desired Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or a related field. Experience in a financial center where goals were met or exceeded. Retail and/or sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment. Experience working with individual and/or team goals that were routinely met or exceeded. Financial information, spreadsheet, and banking product knowledge. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications and laptop technology. Minimum Education High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. Work Schedule 1st shift (United States of America) 40 hours per week Compensation and Benefits Hourly pay range: $26.00 - $32.50, determined by experience, education, and skill set.
