As a Security Officer Unarmed Corporate in West Palm Beach, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access awareness, deliver strong customer service and communication, and contribute to a caring, reliable team that values agility, innovation, teamwork, and integrity in every interaction.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas within a financial institution location, verifying credentials and/or visitor access in accordance with post instructions.
• Support a professional environment by reporting maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior while following Allied Universal standards and client-facing expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Guard card is required.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
