Pure Med is looking for a  bilingual, outgoing, positive, and beauty-oriented Front Desk & Sales Associate to join our Doral team, this person will also perform Skin Care and Body treatments. We are willing to teach and give the proper orientation and guide. This position required a state license.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves  beauty, aesthetics, wellness, customer service, and sales , and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for clients.

We are looking for someone who is  friendly, energetic, organized, proactive, and confident communicating with people both in person and remotely .

The position will initially be  FULL-time , with the opportunity for additional hours and growth based on performance and business needs.

Compensation

What You'll DoFront Desk & Customer Experience

• Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional, and friendly experience.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, scheduling, and appointment confirmations.
• Answer phone calls, text messages, and client inquiries.
• Communicate with patients in both  English and Spanish.
• Assist clients with questions about our services, treatments, promotions, and memberships.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and attractive reception area.

Sales & Client Follow-Up

• Respond to new leads and potential clients through phone, text, and other communication channels.
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to encourage appointments and sales.
• Promote treatments, packages, products, and special offers.
• Build relationships with clients and identify opportunities to recommend appropriate services.
• Assist with converting inquiries into booked appointments.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience while working toward sales goals.
• Earn  commissions based on eligible sales .

Administrative Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain documents using  Google Drive and Google Workspace .
• Use  Microsoft Office , particularly Word and Excel.
• Assist with data entry and general administrative tasks.
• Work with inventory management systems.
• Help monitor and organize product inventory.
• Support the team with daily office operations.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in English and Spanish – required.
• Friendly, outgoing, and naturally personable.
• Comfortable talking to clients and building relationships.
• Confident and comfortable with sales.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive and able to take initiative without constant supervision.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Experience with Google Drive/Google Workspace and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Comfortable learning inventory and business management systems.
• Professional and polished appearance.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in  beauty, aesthetics, medical aesthetics, spa, wellness, retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is a plus.
