Position Overview

JZAVIEA Entertainment Group is seeking energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated Brand Ambassadors to represent our company both online and in person.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the public face of JZAVIEA Entertainment Group, helping introduce our brands, events, artists, performers, entertainment services, merchandise, and community initiatives to new audiences.

This role combines marketing, networking, customer engagement, community outreach, and event promotion. You'll attend events, create content, promote company initiatives, build relationships within your community, and help increase awareness of everything JZAVIEA Entertainment Group offers.

Community Initiatives

• Talent auditions
• Charitable events

• Community partnerships
• Educational workshops

Primary Responsibilities

Brand Promotion

• Represent JZAVIEA Entertainment Group professionally in the community.
• Increase awareness of company brands and services.
• Promote upcoming events, auditions, and performances.
• Educate potential customers about company offerings.

Community Outreach

• Attend networking events.
• Build relationships with local businesses and organizations.
• Introduce community leaders to company programs.
• Develop partnerships that increase brand awareness.

Event Representation

• Represent the company at festivals, concerts, expos, trade shows, community events, and networking functions.
• Welcome guests and answer questions.
• Assist with event registration and guest engagement.
• Support promotional campaigns during live events.

Social Media & Content

• Create authentic content highlighting company events and initiatives.
• Share approved promotional materials across social media platforms.
• Capture photos and videos from events.
• Encourage audience engagement and participation.
• Help expand the company's online presence.

Customer Engagement

• Build positive relationships with potential clients, artists, performers, and community members.
• Answer basic questions about company services.
• Direct qualified leads to the appropriate department.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights.

Brand Standards

• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Follow company branding and communication guidelines.
