Unit Manager Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate care delivery for residents on the unit. Manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies. Monitor and assess residents’ health conditions, coordinating with physicians as needed. Foster a compassionate and positive environment for both residents and staff. Unit Manager Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey. Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
