There will be occasion when you are asked to perform some work onsite or to meet with other team members. Mission This is not a Tier 1 help desk role. The position is focused on engineering, automation, and enterprise endpoint management, including imaging, patching, configuration control, and remediation across Windows and macOS environments. The selected candidate will serve as a primary engineering lead supporting secure endpoint operations, lifecycle management, and compliance-driven IT services. Education : Expertise matters. There is no degree requirement. Requirements Minimum 8 years of IT,endpoint, or cybersecurity experience Minimum 6 yearsperforming engineering functions Responsibilities Lead enterpriseendpoint engineering across: Windows andmacOS device environments Imaging,provisioning, patching, configuration, remediation Implement andmaintain endpoint tool stack, including: Develop andexecute: Automateddeployment and configuration controls Patchvalidation and rollback procedures Support securebaseline enforcement and compliance tracking Runbooks SOPs remediationworkflows Supportescalation and resolution of complex engineering issues Collaboratewith DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and program management teams Successful Applicants Within your resume and in interview, strongly demonstrate that you are capable of leading engineering, automation, and enterprise endpoint management, including imaging, patching, configuration control, and remediation across Windows and macOS environments.
