Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at our facility, you'll work primarily onsite in a busy hospital setting, collaborating closely with licensed Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals in a team-oriented atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, evidence-based therapy services under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in California or the ability to obtain licensure shortly after employment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with an authentic desire to help patients achieve their therapeutic goals.
• Capability to work effectively as part of a team, while also demonstrating initiative in independent tasks.

Compensation and Benefits
