Sr. GTM Global Partner Business Operations Analyst

This contract role can be located in Atlanta, GA, Pleasanton, CA, Salt Lake City, UT, Chicago, IL, Frisco or Austin, TX with hybrid onsite expectations. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Global Partner Operations organization, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies, optimizing business processes, and enabling partner program success at scale. Responsibilities: Lead go-to-market planning for the global partner organization, including the design and implementation of coverage models, productivity targets, quota credit and compensation rules, territory definitions, and account assignments Coordinate partner sales initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to optimize pipeline impact and define the engagement blueprint between direct sales and the partner organization Design and operationalize business processes for partner programs by ensuring the right processes, systems, enablement resources, and reporting structures are in place to support program execution and long-term success Partner with Finance and Sales Operations during the annual budgeting and planning cycle, including execution of partner commissions and incentive programs Monitor key performance metrics and prepare analytical reports to support senior management decision-making, providing visibility into business health and identifying actions needed for improvement Drive business scalability through simplification and standardization of business processes, including the sharing of best practices across teams and regions Identify and automate manual processes through business systems requirements analysis and design Gather and translate business requirements from stakeholders into technical specifications, including Salesforce integration impacts, and develop action plans for associated internal systems as needed Develop and maintain thorough documentation, guidance, and instructional materials to support users across the organization Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems with unwavering attention to detail Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at varying levels of leadership Ability to work independently with general direction while taking ownership of cross-functional initiatives and driving alignment across teams Creative problem-solving mindset with a bias for action, balancing structure with agility and innovation Experience creating reports and dashboards to support business operations Proficiency in project management and business process documentation Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable implementation plans Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy Revenue Operations 5+ years of experience in business process design 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com 5+ years of experience in business systems requirements development Prior experience in Partner Ecosystems is a must Experience in project management and business process documentation Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field preferred This is a rare opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact within a world-class global organization, working at the forefront of partner ecosystem strategy and operations.
