Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and accurately to all customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax regarding parts and service quotations
• Prepare and provide detailed quotations, including pricing, availability, and lead times
• Process customer and intercompany orders efficiently and accurately
• Maintain and update parts pricing, ensuring alignment with established sales margins
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and shipment of customer orders
• Partner with Engineering, as needed, to resolve customer issues and support troubleshooting efforts, including identifying appropriate parts solutions
• Coordinate shipments with the shipping department to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• At least 1-3 years of experience in customer service or inside sales preferred
• Knowledge of CRM / ERP systems
