Coordinates with external engineering consultants and designers to complete projects and studies cost-effectively.• Develops scope, cost estimates, and schedules for capital and expense projects; prepares Decision Support Packages (DSPs) and presents to leadership.• Collaborates with stakeholders including Maintenance, Construction, and Turnaround teams to support planning and execution. Coordinates with external consultants and internal teams to support execution.• Participates in HAZOP reviews and incident investigations; applies safety and environmental standards to designs.• Applies engineering codes and specifications; ensures designs meet safety, environmental, and permitting standards.• Promotes safety awareness and takes corrective action when unsafe practices or conditions are observed.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
