Join our team and unbox your potential! Immediate Openings on 2nd Shift (3:30 pm - 1:00 am) Mon - Thurs, with OT on Fri. What You'll Do: Safety first: Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Master our corrugator or converting equipment: Set up and operate either Corrugated Equipment, Rotary Die Cutter, or Flexo Folder Gluers in the production of corrugated boxes. Ensure quality: Inspect and monitor production runs, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards. Drive efficiency: Maximize machine uptime and productivity. Continuous improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime. What You'll Bring: Proven experience: At least 6 months of experience operating corrugated industry equipment. Technical skills: Strong understanding of equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Safety focus: Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work. Quality Mindset: Working with a one box set up mindset, to ensure quality expectations are met & minimize waste. Team player: Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve production goals.
