Key Responsibilities for the FP&A Manager:

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.

Develop and maintain financial models tied to key revenue and operational drivers.

Analyze budget-to-actual performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Provide financial analysis and decision support for growth initiatives and new programs.

Partner with finance and operational leaders to improve reporting, dashboards, and business insights.

Serve as a strategic financial partner to leadership and support executive-level presentations and planning.

Qualifications for the FP&A Manager:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

6+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or strategic finance.

Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business analysis.

Experience with ERP/budgeting tools such as Sage Intacct, Martus, or similar platforms preferred.
