Role Responsibilities: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with customers by understanding their specific needs and delivering tailored solutions. Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise in CNC machining processes to advise on product applications and services. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining an organized sales pipeline. Review technical documentation, including blueprints and specifications, to prepare accurate cost estimates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, engineering adjustments, and post-sale support. Continuously monitor market trends and technological advancements to keep customers informed and to provide innovative solutions. Prepare detailed reports summarizing sales performance, customer feedback, and industry insights. What Were Looking For: A strong technical foundation in CNC processes and precision manufacturing. Proven success in managing sales operations for precision machined parts or machine time. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with a customer‑centric approach.
