Job Summary As an Associate at Townhouse Partners, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting our advisory and consulting services for commercial real estate transactions. You will collaborate closely with senior team members to conduct analyses, financial modeling, and due diligence for various real estate projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise and contribute to the success of high-profile client engagements. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive financial analyses and underwriting for commercial real estate transactions. Develop and maintain financial models to support due diligence and advisory services. Perform detailed market research and data analysis to inform investment decisions. Assist in the preparation of detailed reports and presentations for clients. Collaborate with internal teams to support project management and client engagements. Monitor and track market trends, property performance, and industry developments. Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing insights and analysis as needed. Lead and deliver training for new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in real estate finance, investment analysis, or a similar role. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Knowledge of commercial real estate markets and industry trends. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. Strong research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to travel less than 10% as needed. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CMBS (Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities) underwriting and analysis.
