Work on joint ventures and partnership structures related to real estate investments. Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and agreements. Provide legal advice on structuring real estate deals to maximize client outcomes. Collaborate with senior associates and partners on complex transactions. Conduct legal research and stay current on changes in real estate law and market trends. Requirements: 6 years of experience in real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures. Prior experience working with borrowers and lenders in real estate finance is essential. Strong academic background from a prestigious law school. Experience at a top-tier law firm preferred. Ability to manage complex transactions and work under tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active bar membership in the state where the office is located.
