Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to support customer engagement, promotional initiatives, lead generation, and business development activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating promotional activities, representing a company professionally, and developing practical marketing and communication skills. Responsibilities * Assist with coordinating promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities. * Present product and service information clearly and professionally. * Identify customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations. * Participate in promotional events, community outreach, and in-person campaigns. * Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and prospective clients. * Follow up with prospective customers to support business opportunities. * Assist with promotional materials, displays, and campaign resources. * Help coordinate daily promotional activities and schedules. * Maintain organized records of customer interactions and marketing activities. * Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information to team members. * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve marketing and business goals. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
