You are responsible for ensuring the flawless delivery and optimization of campaigns-from initial production and deployment through real-time monitoring and post-campaign performance analysis. Your ability to turn data into insights helps shape future strategies and supports the broader marketing vision of the organization.Job Description:Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service cultureExecute multi-channel direct marketing campaigns by collaborating with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, purchasing, property-level marketing, and external vendorsUtilize campaign management platforms daily to build, schedule, deliver, and report on targeted communications across print, email, SMS, and digital formatsMonitor campaign performance to ensure alignment with strategy, timelines, and budget; make data-driven recommendations for optimizationAnalyze guest response data and marketing trends to identify actionable insights and support reinvestment strategiesProvide support for True Rewards customer online supportEnsure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the positionProvide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standardsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications2-4 years of marketing, hospitality, or database analysis experience; experience in a gaming or casino environment preferredAbility to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a teamCommitted to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environmentAbility to access and input information using a moderately complex computer systemSkilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft TeamsWorking knowledge of CRM, campaign management tools, SQL, and database query software preferredRequirementsAt least 21 years of ageHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferredAbility to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbalObtain and maintain all work cards as required by the companyVerify right to work in the United StatesWork CardsNevada Gaming RegistrationPhysical RequirementsOccasionally push/pull up to 25lbsOccasionally lift and/or carry up to 25lbs at floor, knee, waist, and chest levelsOccasionally squat, kneel, reach, bend, twistFrequently sit and work at a desk or computerOccasionally standing and walkingAbility to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephoneAbility to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in personAbility to distinguish between shades of colorAbility to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterityWork Environment Potential ConditionsIndoorSlippery surfacesDisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
