Responsible for the development and implementation of mobile marketing initiatives, including messaging and increase adoption. Collaborate across both Marketing and IT to drive results and enhance the guest experience.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote mobile app
- Create and manage push notifications and in-app messaging campaigns to improve user engagement and retention
- Conduct A/B testing to improve performance and coordinate content creation
- Optimize app store listings to improve visibility and downloads
- Monitor key performance metrics and prepare summarizations of findings
- Collaborate with development teams to support product launches and updates
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Stay up to date with mobile marketing trends, best practices and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred; significant recent and relevant work experience may be substituted.
- Experience with relational databases, particularly reading and writing SQL
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented/highly organized, and strong analytical skills.
- High degree of self-motivation to learn new methodologies that will enhance job performance and marketing results.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
