Leasing & Marketing Specialist

Greystar in Las Vegas is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate leasing, marketing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages, and ensure a smooth move-in. The role requires on-site work, daily leasing activities, and maintaining attractive show units. You will track traffic, maintain applicant data in OneSite or Yardi, and follow up to #J-18808-Ljbffr
