Job Title: MIG Welder (Production Environment) – Urgently Hiring

Location: Sacramento, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Drug screen and background required prior to start

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MIG welding galvanized steel pipe and be comfortable working in a physically demanding role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on galvanized steel pipe according to specifications
• Operate welding torches, maintain welding shield and wear protective leathers
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings (if applicable)
• Assist with other fabrication tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant MIG welding experience required
• Proficient in using welding tools and equipment
• Must be able to stand throughout entire shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
