Job Description

Searching for an experienced Pizza Operations Supervisor that has experience managing F/B outlets, preferably from a resort setting. This great opportunity is for a beautiful Resort on a very popular Island in Northern Michigan. Seasonal position that includes free housing and industry-leading culture and benefits. Who loves making pizza, making people happy, in a beautiful setting!?

Restaurant Manager Benefits:

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities and Requirements:

Provide leadership to Pizza Outlets
Train, coach, mentor F&B team and lead by example to ensure excellent guest service.
Maintains effective communications within and between departments to ensure proper servicing of guests' expectations.
Effectively manage COGs, labor, and restaurant expenses
5 years of Food and Beverage Management experience in a resort or similar setting
A degree in hospitality (preferred) or related field or equivalent experience listed above.
Familiar with food and beverage systems and controls
Excellent communication, hospitality, and planning skills
