As a Swim Instructor, you'll be the heart of our Learn to Swim program, guiding participants through fun, safe, and effective lessons. Your role will include:

• Planning and organizing swimming, water safety, and aquatic exercise classes
• Teaching skills using a facility-approved curriculum
• Evaluating swimming abilities and tracking progress
• Communicating with patrons and parents about goals, achievements, and areas for improvement
• Coordinating equipment and collaborating with staff to ensure smooth program delivery
• Maintaining accurate records and providing constructive feedback

We're seeking someone who is enthusiastic, organized, and committed to creating a positive learning environment. You should be able to:

• Prepare engaging lesson plans aligned with city-approved programs
• Foster strong relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and clients
• Adapt to various skill levels and learning styles
• Maintain professionalism and a customer-focused attitude
• Experience in water safety instruction or aquatic fitness
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess and motivate swimmers of all ages
