Salesforce Business Analyst

Salary: $103,000 - 142,000 per year Requirements:

• Strong Salesforce/CRM functional experience, including knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or relevant Salesforce capabilities.
• Excellent skills in requirements elicitation, process mapping, user-story writing, acceptance-criteria definition, and UAT.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, Banking, or Financial Services experience is preferred for BFSI programs.
• Salesforce Business Analyst, Administrator, or another relevant certification is a plus.
• A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Strong communication skills are essential.

• Work with U.S.-based business stakeholders and product owners to understand objectives, pain points, and desired outcomes.
• Lead requirements workshops, interviews, walkthroughs, and process-discovery sessions.
• Convert business needs into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
• Maintain traceability from requirements through development, testing, UAT, and release.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and Developers to confirm feasibility and clarify requirements.
• Conduct current- and future-state analysis, gap analysis, and process optimization.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, UAT preparation, and business sign-off.
• Coordinate UAT with business users, manage feedback, and support issue clarification and resolution.
• Identify dependencies, assumptions, risks, and decisions that require stakeholder action.
• Create and maintain BRD/FRD materials, user stories, process maps, data requirements, and functional documentation as appropriate.
• Use Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools to manage requirements and delivery artifacts.
• Explain complex functional topics clearly to business and technical audiences.
