IT Staffing Business Development Manager – BDM
Cardinal Technology, a leading IT Staffing and Services provider in NY Metro area is looking for dynamic IT Staffing Business Development Manager – BDM for their office in Monmouth Junction, NJ.
Responsibilities
- The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for establishing new client relationships through cold calls, networking, and strategic sales activities.
- Developing relationship with C-Suite executives, hiring managers, directors and HR managers to secure qualified job requirements.
- We are looking for an experienced hunter/sales professional with 5-10 years of a proven business development background within the staffing industry.
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience selling contract, contract to hire and direct hire staffing solutions to clients on a regional and/or national basis.
- Qualified applicants will have a record of success in a sales role selling staffing or other professional services into fortune 500 client base.
- Ability to generate new leads and clients.
- Experience working with CEM software such as Salesforce.com or ZOHO software for managing account is a plus.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or similar fields * Proven track record of professional sales with established credibility in past successes. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * The candidate should be technology/computer/social media savvy. Compensation is top of the line with a mix of base plus bonus on targets achieved, looking for highly motivated achievers!
