Business Development Manager

A well-established residential services company in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support continued growth.
This is a relationship-driven role focused on expanding market presence, strengthening external partnerships, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. The position works closely with senior leadership and has direct impact on company performance.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, comfortable engaging with professionals and community groups, and confident managing multiple initiatives independently. Strong communication skills, comfort with technology, and a results-oriented mindset are essential.
Preferred background:
- Business development, partnerships, marketing, or sales
- Home services, real estate, construction, or related industries (a plus)
- Experience representing a company in professional or community settings
