Lot Operations Coordinator - FULL-TIME

United Recovery & Remarketing is seeking a motivated Lot Coordinator to join the Kansas City, MO, team. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the post-repossession process, as well as helping to keep the storage lot maintained. In this position, you will be spending most of your time outdoors. Responsibilities include:

• Process repossessed vehicles and upload photos
• Properly inventory all personal property within repossessed vehicles
• Complete condition reports in a timely manner
• Prep vehicles for transport to auction
• Provide customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal property
• Provide professional service to transporters and third parties who are authorized on the lot
• Other various tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor

This is an entry-level position, starting at $18/hour **$500 SIGN-ON BONUS**

*Note* This position does not involve the actual repossession of vehicles or equipment.

We have a very relaxed, informal work atmosphere, and a family-friendly, daytime work schedule. Training will be provided upon hiring.

Requirements

Required Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass pre-employment screening
• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Ability to drive vehicles with standard transmission
• Basic computer skills required
• Good verbal and written communication
• Requires good time management and organizational skills
• Must be willing to work outdoors in all kinds of weather

Physical Requirements

• Frequent and/or prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping
• Must be able to lift or move items at least 25 pounds
• Vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Physical Work Environment

• Exposure to outside environmental working conditions, including temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated noise levels, and minor atmospheric conditions, such as fumes, odors and dust.
