INFORMATION SYSTEMS SUPERVISOR

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
● Assist with manger duties to include timesheet approvals, and evaluations of her team of GDIT employees/subs

● Assist with training and daily learning of skills when needed

● Assist with any meetings that Manager or other supervisor cannot attend

● Assist with keeping kb articles and data for techs up to date and disseminating data to team to assist with ticket closing.

● Assisting techs with getting productivity up when they are not at standard.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Experience: 5+ years of related experience
● Security clearance level: TS/SCI w/Poly
● US citizenship required
● Role requirements:

• Work with customer technology and support requirements
• Work with the technology industry
• Possess strong communications skills to effectively interact with team members, all levels of management within the company and the client.
