INFORMATION SYSTEMS SUPERVISOR

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
Assist with manger duties to include timesheet approvals, and evaluations of her team of GDIT employees/subs

Assist with training and daily learning of skills when needed

Assist with any meetings that Manager or other supervisor cannot attend

Assist with keeping kb articles and data for techs up to date and disseminating data to team to assist with ticket closing.

Assisting techs with getting productivity up when they are not at standard.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
Experience: 5+ years of related experience
Security clearance level: TS/SCI w/Poly
US citizenship required
Role requirements:

• Work with customer technology and support requirements
• Work with the technology industry
• Possess strong communications skills to effectively interact with team members, all levels of management within the company and the client.

The likely salary range for this position is $110,500 - $149,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
