A healthcare organization is seeking a Patient Services Representative (PSR) in New York City. The PSR will provide front and back-end support to patients while collaborating with clinical teams. Responsibilities include patient registration, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling. An ideal candidate must have a High School diploma, at least two years of experience in an ambulatory care setting, and be bilingual in English and Spanish.
