We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Night Shift team at Haven Place, a premier residential, long-term, rehabilitation, and subacute care provider in Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania. As a CNA at Haven Place, you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to revolutionizing care delivery and providing exceptional patient care.

Job Summary:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing team

• Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures

• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Responsibilities:

• Assist with resident care, including vital signs, transfers, and mobility

• Administer medications and treatments as delegated by licensed staff

• Assist with meals, snacks, and feeding as needed

• Participate in restorative care programs and activities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care and treatment
