We're hiring for a boutique digital talent management agency in New York looking to add an experienced Talent Manager / Senior Talent Manager to the team.
The agency takes a highly personal approach to representation, with managers working closely with creators across brand partnerships, commercial strategy and long-term career development.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants more ownership over their roster and a closer relationship with both talent and agency leadership.
The Role
You'll manage a roster of digital creators and take responsibility for both their day-to-day representation and longer-term commercial growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing creator relationships
- Negotiating brand partnerships, sponsorships and commercial agreements
- Proactively pitching talent to brands and agencies
- Managing inbound opportunities from enquiry through to delivery
- Building long-term career and monetisation strategies for creators
- Developing relationships across brands, agencies and industry partners
- Identifying and helping sign new talent
- Working closely with leadership on roster strategy and agency growth
- Supporting creators throughout campaigns while protecting their wider commercial interests
- Staying close to trends across creators, platforms and influencer marketing
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with direct experience in digital talent management or creator representation. xhyhwjd
You'll ideally bring:
- Experience managing social-first creators or influencers
- Strong knowledge of brand partnerships and creator monetisation
- Confidence negotiating commercial deals
- Existing relationships across brands, agencies and the creator industry
- A proactive approach to generating new opportunities
- Strong creator relationship management skills
- Good commercial judgement and organisation
- A genuine interest in building sustainable, long-term creator careers
This could suit someone currently at a larger agency who wants more ownership, or someone already working in a boutique environment who wants to join a close-knit team.
