At our Rehabilitation Center, you will be immersed in a collaborative and supportive environment where teamwork is paramount. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Design and implement personalized treatment programs that address individual patient needs across a variety of disciplines, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality therapeutic services, applying various techniques and procedures to facilitate patient recovery.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in both clinical and home health settings, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on patient progress.
• Conduct consultations and educational sessions for patients and their caregivers, equipping them with the knowledge required for successful rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment performance to meet utilization goals and contribute to overall business objectives.
• Foster a positive rapport with patients and colleagues, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as a Physical Therapist at Lyrad Physical Therapy, you will work with a diverse population that includes patients recovering from sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and neurological conditions. Your empathetic approach and commitment to understanding each patient's unique situation will allow you to develop stronger therapeutic relationships, ultimately enhancing their outcomes and adherence to treatment plans.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety during treatment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective interaction with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in word processing and computer skills for documenting patient interactions and creating treatment plans.
• A genuine desire to connect with and support clients, demonstrating compassion and dedication to their recovery.

Preferred Experience

While the minimum requirement is two years of experience in physical therapy, candidates with additional training in specialized areas such as pediatric therapy, sports medicine, or neurological rehabilitation will stand out. Compensation and Benefits
