Work Environment

This role is fully onsite, located at our inviting outpatient office in Red Bank. You will be part of a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who work collaboratively to maximize patient outcomes. Each workday is structured from Monday to Friday, comprising a standard 40-hour shift, ensuring a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, identify functional limitations, and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and neuromuscular reeducation.
• Monitor patient progress by documenting treatment sessions meticulously and adjusting therapy approaches as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their caregivers, empowering them to engage in their recovery journey actively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient management and integration of care across various specialties.
• Maintain exemplary customer service and professionalism throughout patient interactions, contributing positively to the office environment.
• Meet performance metrics and assist in organizational objectives, actively promoting the clinic and its services within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Down East Care, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals undergoing rehabilitation for orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic conditions, and those requiring sports medicine treatment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with patients, coworkers, and the healthcare community.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
