Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Redeemer, you will:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations for patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical condition and functional capabilities.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to foster improvement in mobility, strength, and overall health.
• Engage with patients throughout their treatment journey, providing education on exercises, self-care techniques, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure all aspects of patient care are seamlessly integrated, maximizing recovery potential.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes to meet regulatory and business standards.
• Meet utilization goals and contribute to the clinic's overall effectiveness and patient satisfaction metrics.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clientele at Redeemer Physical Therapy encompasses a diverse array of patient populations, including but not limited to individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, pediatric patients developing motor skills, and athletes rehabilitating sports-related injuries. You will have the chance to treat neurological conditions as well, ensuring a well-rounded approach to patient care.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills and strong ability to connect with patients and their families.
• Competency with electronic health record management and general office software to facilitate patient care documentation.

Preferred Experience

We are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of professional experience in a clinical setting, preferably within outpatient rehabilitation. Prior experiences that demonstrate your ability to inspire and connect with patients will be given special consideration.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect an annual salary within the range of USD 100,000 - 120,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
