People Operations Specialist (Volunteer)

Onboarding and offboarding experience Manage and continuously improve the onboarding process for new volunteers Ensure a smooth, structured and engaging onboarding experience Maintain onboarding materials and internal documentation Design and manage a clear offboarding process, including feedback collection and basic handover of knowledge People Operations and process management Design, implement and maintain operational processes within People & Culture Create and manage internal forms, workflows and documentation Ensure all processes are clear, scalable and easy to follow Engagement and communication Support the execution of engagement initiatives (surveys, feedback loops, check-ins) Coordinate internal communication related to People & Culture activities Help gather and organize feedback from contributors Recruitment Operations support Support Talent Acquisition processes from an operational perspective Maintain candidate tracking systems and ensure data accuracy Assist with interview coordination and communication when needed Reporting and process improvement Track key People metrics (onboarding, engagement, recruitment flow) Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements Support the team with insights and basic reporting #J-18808-Ljbffr 4WARD.earth
