Job Description
Under minimal supervision this position offers administrative support services to executives sales and marketing personnel in a fast-paced manufacturing company. Work requires independent sound judgment and initiative on assignments that are time sensitive in nature. May perform special assignments such as researching information and compiling reports. Will handle general office management & coordinate office and conference room supply inventories. Other job duties include fielding telephone calls facilitating customer visits making travel arrangements managing various employee programs and organization of inbound/outbound mail. This position is the first point of contact for visitors in the building. Therefore ideal candidates must be friendly outgoing and always have a professional demeanor.

Ability to manage multiple assignments set priorities and adapt to changing conditions

Be a results-driven achiever with excellent organizational skills

Must be an exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing

Have stamina drive and perseverance to handle pressure well

Must be willing and able to resolve problem situations with a smile on their face

Proficient in MS Office Suite (extra PowerPoint knowledge a plus)

Creative or Adobe software skills a plus

Experience in the manufacturing industry also a plus
