Company Description: Insalaco Development Group is a family-owned and operated real estate organization with over 50 years of experience in developing, acquiring, and managing retail, office, and industrial properties. Insalaco Development Group is seeking a Part-time Accountant with the following qualifications: Minimum of three years experience Degree in Accounting Proficient in Microsoft Excel Analytical, with problem solving skills Highly organized Ability to work in a team environment, across all levels of management Resume required Duties include all phases of: Financial statement preparation Bank reconciliations Cash management Accounts receivable Accounts payable Assisting with year end audit Year end CAM reconciliations Fixed asset preparation Assisting in payroll preparation Budget preparation and analysis Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: Flexible, Part-time, 20 to 30 hours per week Work Location: In person with possibility of some remote work #J-18808-Ljbffr Insalaco Development Group, Inc.
