Exciting Opportunity for Night Shift Cardiac Stepdown RN

Job Description:


- Join a dynamic and specialized 48-bed cardiac-focused stepdown unit.
- Work 3 x 12-hour night shifts with a focus on advanced cardiac care.
- Requirements:
- Must reside at least 50 miles away.
- NIHSS, BLS, & ACLS certifications are mandatory.
- BSN preferred; current RN license in the state/district is required.
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required.
- Previous experience in cardiac tele is essential.
- Proficiency in Cerner is required.
- Key responsibilities include managing frequent IV drips such as:
- Heparin
- Milrinone
- Lasix
- Bumex
- Common diagnoses encountered:
- Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
- NSTEMI
- Arrhythmias
- Vascular Surgery
- Work in a supportive environment focused on teamwork and patient care.
