This position features a 0.6 FTE schedule (approximately 23 hours per week) working across two elementary buildings with students in grades K–5. As you dive into this new setting starting Fall 2026, you'll gain invaluable clinical growth and personal fulfillment.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active State of Minnesota SLP license (required)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Prior experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
• Flexibility to manage a split assignment across two sites
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to diverse elementary caseloads
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff to support student development
• Document progress and maintain accurate records as required
• Attend IEP meetings and facilitate student-centered teams
