Your Role Awaits

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical testsincluding chemistry, hematology, and immunologyrigorously adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test findings meticulously, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples ready for analysis.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, assist in training new team members, and help maintain high laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe workspace while complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment.
