We're looking for an enthusiastic, relationship-focused Driver Recruiting Manager to join our Biloxi team. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our drivers, providing support, guidance, and leadership to help them succeed. You'll build strong relationships, promote driver engagement, and help create a positive and productive work environment that supports both driver satisfaction and operational excellence.

What You'll Do as a Driver Recruiting Manager:

Driver Support & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned drivers
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships through consistent communication and support
• Assist drivers with questions, concerns, and operational challenges
• Provide coaching and guidance to promote driver success and professional development
• Foster a positive driver experience by being responsive, approachable, and solutions-oriented
• Recognize driver accomplishments and encourage continued growth

Driver Engagement & Retention

• Develop and implement initiatives that improve driver satisfaction and retention
• Conduct regular check-ins with drivers to gather feedback and address concerns
• Promote a positive, supportive, and inclusive workplace culture
• Identify opportunities to enhance the overall driver experience
• Partner with operational leadership to resolve issues and improve retention outcomes
• Encourage driver participation in company programs, events, and recognition initiatives

Operations & Performance Support

• Monitor driver performance and provide coaching when appropriate
• Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Assist with scheduling, attendance, and day-to-day driver support needs
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery
• Help drivers navigate changes, challenges, and operational updates
• Support workforce planning and operational goals through effective driver management

Reporting & Collaboration

• Maintain accurate driver records and documentation
• Track driver performance, engagement, and retention trends
• Prepare reports and provide updates to leadership as needed
• Collaborate with operations and management teams to support business objectives
• Recommend process improvements that enhance driver satisfaction and operational effectiveness
• Contribute ideas and best practices that support long-term driver success

Qualifications for a Driver Recruiting Manager:

• Experience in transportation, operations, employee relations, customer service, human resources, leadership, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional relationship-building and conflict-resolution abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
