⏳ 6 Month Contract to Hire Opportunity

We’re currently seeking an experienced Safety Specialist (HSE) to support field operations across pipeline, facility, and construction projects in the Midland area. This individual will play a key role in driving safety culture, ensuring compliance, and partnering closely with field leadership teams.

Responsibilities Include:

✅ Enforcing HSE policies, OSHA standards, and client-specific safety requirements

✅ Conducting field audits, inspections, and safety observations

✅ Leading toolbox talks, JSA reviews, and incident investigations

✅ Tracking/reporting safety metrics, trends, and corrective actions

✅ Supporting onboarding, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 3+ years of field safety experience in oil & gas, pipeline, or construction

✔️ Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and HSE best practices

✔️ Experience with incident reporting & root cause analysis

✔️ OSHA 30 required (additional certifications are a plus!)

✔️ Ability to travel to field/job sites and work in active project environments
