Job Summary Responsible for performing vascular ultrasound examinations on patients. Duties include preparing patients for exams, operating ultrasound equipment, and interpreting ultrasound images. Qualifications Education: Associate’s degree in Sonography required Licenses and Credentials: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (required) Preferred Certifications Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) - American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) - American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Certified Sonographer - American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Experience Prior experience working in a similar role 2-3 years required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience with vascular ultrasound equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail.
