Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Mexico Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings is required.
• Clinical experience assessing and treating post-acute or long-term care patients preferred.
• Must have enrollment or ability to obtain any state-specific caregiver account or registry required by New Mexico.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with documentation systems common to skilled nursing environments preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1630.
• Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
• Meal break: 30 minutes.
• Candidate may be required to comply with facility-specific onboarding and screening procedures.
