This leader will develop a high-performing team that proactively manages suppliers and other LM business areas, drives commitments, identifies and escalates risk, and ensures material availability in support of sustainment requirements.The successful candidate will establish clear priorities, coach and develop employees, and create a culture of ownership and accountability.
